These above features show that finding a place to sleep is hardly ever a problem in Nepal, although only the established tourist?s centers offer much of a choice. The prices may vary considerably depending on where you stay either star hotel or simple budget hotels, or when you are staying. You can pay anything from a couple of dollars per night in trekking lodges to nearly 500 US dollar in Kathmandu, Chitwan, Pokhara or Everest region.?
Accommodation facilities are available at every part of country including in the high hills, mountains, and Terai the plain area. The majority of trekking routes have lodges or tea houses to accommodate tourists, while if you are travelling in the off the beaten trail, there are not available to hotels and lodges, therefore, you have to manage tent, alternative ways could be accommodating in the village areas. Especially during the spring and autumn season, the hotels are overbooked; sometimes it is even difficult to find the rooms. Therefore, we request you to book well in advance.
Most places have a range of rooms, from budget, shared-bathroom boxes to en suites with A/C and TVs. Single rooms are usually doubles offered at between half and two-thirds of the full price. Hotels and guesthouse take bookings, and reservation are often necessary in the busy seasons, during the local festivals or if you are arriving late at night.??
